I want to highly recommend Kris for deep tissue therapeutic massage. I showed up on her door step with a back spasm in my lower back in full swing of getting worse. I had been driving for several hours across the country after a month long road trip, and i was grateful my good fortune helped me locate Kris from a brief search on the internet for massage in Sedona. After dowsing on the best practitioner for my needs, I selected Kris, & she was available, thank God! After my first fabulous session I immediately set up a second session with her. She is an excellent body worker. She demonstrates great knowledge of muscle structure and works intuitively herself letting the clients body speak to its needs. I had a great release and felt very supported in her care. If you would benefit from a great body worker, this is your gal, give her a try. Her massage studio is clean, warm and inviting for a relaxing and healing experience. You won’t be disappointed.
This was my first time going to Kris for a massage. Kris was able provide a safe space for me to release a lot of built up/stuck energy that was causing tension in my back. I highly recommend utilizing Kris's services. She is very skilled and intuitive. I could tell that her massage was customized to my needs instead of the routine massage. I felt amazing after and still do a week after the massage!

My husband and I were visiting Sedona and I needed a massage. I usually don’t like to get massaged when I am traveling. I am a massage therapist and am usually disappointed by resort massages. I also have scoliosis and am very picky on who I let work on me. I did a little research and was took a chance on Healing Hands by Kris. I was so impressed by Kris - she came to the condo we were staying at, she was professional, on time and totally prepared. It was so nice to get massaged and not have to drive anywhere after. She asked the right questions before she touched me. Her massage was intuitive and healing. From the minute she put her hands on me I totally trusted her touch. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was ok and than gave me space to touch in with myself to let my energy get balanced. Kris’s touch is therapeutic, nurturing and loving. You can tell she is really passionate what she does. Thank you Kris, you truly are gifted. I will be in touch when I return to Sedona.
I have been seeing a physical therapist to treat shoulder impingement but wanted (no, needed) a massage therapist to work on relaxing the muscles in my back, shoulders, chest and neck that I have been overusing in an effort to compensate for my injured shoulder. Kris spent an hour focusing on just those areas. I had the best night's sleep in ages that night and over the next few days, I would often forget that I even had a problem with my shoulder. The massage got from Kris was a perfect complement to my therapy. I was visiting Sedona at the time so it was a one-shot deal. But let me tell you, she did her best to do everything she could for me. I highly recommend Kris, especially if you need a therapeutic massage.

I’m a bodyworker from the East Coast so I know what I need and I am extremely particular. I was in rough shape on this trip and Kris got me back feeling great in one session. I have visited Kris on both of my visits to Sedona and have referred clients and family to her when they visit the area. They all raved about her work. Kris is a top-notch therapist. We were in Sedona for a short time. Kris knew this was a one time appointment; yet, she went above and beyond to ensure our treatment was a healing experience. I arrived in Sedona on a Wednesday and searched for a masseuse who would come to our air bnb for a much needed massage. We contacted Kris and we’re able to get an appointment right away. I was just hoping to rid myself from some of the stress of a long flight. Well, Kira provided that and more. The massage was excellent. She focused on the areas I asked her to and I told her to let’s her hands search out what needed to be done. This was definitely more than my normal massage. I felt rejuvenated in body, but also in spirit. There truly is something magical about Sedona and Kris helped bring that healing energy to me. I highly recommend!

I called Kris this AM to request a deep tissue massage before I leave tomorrow on a 3-day drive back to Canada. Simply stated, she fit me into her tight schedule today. I was a wreck when she met me …. I had two shoulders with torn rotator cups, and needing to be replaced. While that surgery has yet to be performed Kris aseesed my condition and performed her magic on my neck, shoulders and spinal column. While I am a work in progress, after an hour Kris had relieved me of the debilitating pain I was experiencing before Kris’ deep tissue healing hands. Thanks to Kris, I feel confident that I will survive the 3-day drive home starting tomorrow.

We vacation in Sedona, for several weeks each year. Kris was highly recommended to me, by our concierge, 4 years ago, when we stayed in our new villa, for the first time. The best Massage I have ever received. I originally contacted Kris to provide a relaxation massage for my wife for a weekend get-away. She was able to provide that and so much more. I had been seeing a Chiropractor for a couple weeks to work out a trigger point in my back, he never touched it. Kris found the problem area quickly and worked through it very well. My back has not felt this good in 6 months! My only regret is that I don't live in Sedona to visit her weekly. Highly recommended!
